AI-generated outputs, transcriptions, summaries and analysis may contain errors and should be independently reviewed where appropriate.
When a customer submits Personal Data relating to its customers, employees, leads, agents, subscribers or other individuals through the Services, such information may constitute Customer Data or Hosted Data.

When submitting a complaint or privacy request, please provide sufficient information for VoiceX to identify the relevant Account, individual or processing activity.
VoiceX may verify the identity of the requester before processing certain requests.
Where VoiceX processes Personal Data on behalf of a customer, the request may be directed to the relevant customer where that customer is the applicable Controller/Data Fiduciary.
VoiceX will maintain and operate an appropriate grievance-redressal mechanism in accordance with Applicable Law.
